Refund policy

We comply fully with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our phone cases are made to order, which helps reduce waste and supports sustainable production.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at vericase@protonmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to an address provided to you sent in the email confirming the return. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change of Mind Returns

As our phone cases are custom made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including:

  • Ordering the wrong phone model
  • Colour or design preference changes
  • No longer wanting the item

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is an issue with the product, contact us to organise a replacement or refund - we want to make things right.

Please contact us if:

  • You receive the wrong phone case
  • Your item arrives damaged or faulty

We may request photos to help assess the issue and will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty & Care – Phone Cases

Warranty

Our phone cases are made using high-quality materials and are designed to provide everyday protection when used as intended.

In line with Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that they will be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faults in materials or workmanship
  • Structural issues that affect the case’s ability to protect your device

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or modification
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme heat, chemicals, or liquids
  • Scratches, scuffs, or fading resulting from everyday use

If you believe your case has a manufacturing fault, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
